Important information for planning your party

The key conditions for your celebration at a glance.

What food and drinks may we bring?

Bringing your own food and drinks is not permitted, except baby food. For the Happy Room, you may bring your own snacks and decorations. Hot and cold drinks are available from BAAM.

May we bring a birthday cake?

A birthday cake may be brought with prior approval.

How much time is available for decorating and cleaning up?

For the Happy Room, you may arrive 30 minutes before the party to decorate. You have 30 minutes after the party to clean up. If we handle the cleanup, an additional fee of 50 € applies.

Which decorations are not permitted?

Confetti and similar decorative items, as well as piñatas, are not permitted.

When can we celebrate or extend the party?

Parties may be held at any available time. A private party in the last available time slot may be extended by one hour for 100 €.

Is a deposit required?

A deposit is charged for cleaning and possible time overruns.
